Abstract:In view of the recovery of iron, phosphorus, manganese and silicon and the recycling of steel slag, the kinetic conditions and influence rules of the thermal reduction recovery of converter steel slag are preliminarily analyzed through the process experiment. The results show that the temperature increase is conducive to the thermal reduction reaction of converter steel slag; the reduction of steel slag is conducive to the process of aluminum thermal reduction reaction and the recovery of valuable elements. At the temperature of 1873K, aluminum particles can reduce a large number of valuable elements of iron, silicon, manganese and vanadium, titanium and chromium. This provides an important research basis for the recovery of valuable elements and the utilization of steel slag.
