Abstract:Taking the FBCZ-№9/18.5kW fan as an example, this paper attempts to fit the curve data determined by the mine ventilator’s performance. It uses the least squares to fit the relation between the fan’s air pressure and the air volume at different angles. It also uses formulas of 1stOpt to automatically search the fit and get the relation between the fan’s air volume, air pressure and blade installation angle. Through multiple linear regression analysis in MATLAB, it analyzes the linear equation of fitted air volume, air pressure, angle and efficiency. Through the above researches, we can obtain approximate wind pressure characteristic curves of the fan under different blade angles, which can provide basic data support for the mine ventilator performance measurement.
