    摘要:

    为了提高煤矿安全管理的针对性和有效性,介绍了事故树模糊分析理论,利用风险矩阵法提出了综采面的危险程度分级判定方法,得出了基于评价总分T的危险程度分级判定准则:T≥88(危险区域),55≤T〈88(威胁区域),T〈55(相对安全区域),并在钱营孜矿3212综采面进行了现场应用.结果表明,钱营孜矿3212综采面为威胁区域,发生可能性最大的事故是冲击地压事故,概率范围为(0.29,0.73);可能性最小的事故是煤尘爆炸,概率范围为(4.08×10-11,4.32×10-11).在日常安全管理过程中,应当加强对冲击地压事故的防治和管理,抓住重点,合理分配资源,最大程度提高煤矿安全管理效率.

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the pertinency and effectiveness of coal mine safety management and based on the Fault Tree Analysis and Fuzzy Theory,the classification method of fully mechanized mining face hazards is proposed by using risk assessment,the criterion related with evaluation score T is as follows:The area is dangerous when T≥88,while the area is threatening when 55≤T<88,and the area is relatively safe when T<55.This criterion was applied to the mechanized mining face No.3212 in Qianyingzi Coal Mine.The results show that mining face No.3212 is a threatening area,where the most probable accident is rock burst whose probability range is(0.29,0.73),and the least probable accident is coal-dust explosion whose probability range is(4.08×10-11,4.32×10-11).Thus,in process of safe government,the management of rock burst should be strengthened to improve the effectiveness.
