    摘要:

    通过对老鹰山煤矿8113(1)综采面矿压规律适时监测,分析了目前ZY3400-13/32型掩护式液压支架初撑力、工作阻力对安全回采的适应状况,认为目前液压支架初撑力整体严重偏低,额定工作阻力具有较大富裕;得出了平均工作阻力沿工作面倾向线长分布规律,下出口最大,上出口最小;系统研究了开采每一作业循环内支架平均工作阻力及上下柱偏载现状,认为目前综采面液压支架上下柱普遍受力不均;运用采场矿山压力理论,确定了综采面下段部分基本顶平均周期来压步距为11.4m,支架合理工作阻力为2988.51kN,这对老鹰山煤矿后续综采面及类似老鹰山地质条件的工作面安全回采提供了一定的借鉴意义.

    Abstract:

    According to the timely monitor for the strata behavior regularity of 8113(1) fully mechanized coal face at Laoyingshan mine,this paper analyzes the meeting on setting load and working resistance of ZY3400-13/32 type shield hydraulic support for safe mining,the setting load of hydraulic support is considered overall low seriously,but rated working resistance is much richer and obtains the distribution of average working resistance along this face tendency direction.It concludes that upper export is the biggest,and under export is the minimum.It studies systematically on average working resistance and upper-lower pillar partial load status in every work cycle,and it considers that the hydraulic support upper-lower pillars are forced unevenly in fully mechanized coal face;by using of the theory of strata behaviors in longwall mining,it obtains that the drawing pace of average periodic weighting of basic roof in fully mechanized coal face’s under segment part is 11.4 m,and the reasonable support resistance is 2 988.51 kN,which will provide some references for mining subsequent fully mechanized coal face of Laoyingshan mine or the face similar to Laoyingshan mine geological conditions.
