    摘要:

    为研究南昌地铁二号线富水地层中隧道盾构开挖施工时地表沉降及不同土层沉降变化规律,采用FLAC3D软件进行模拟,对南昌地铁二号线隧道进行三维数值模拟,得到隧道上方地表横纵向沉降和位移云图以及不同土层的沉降规律。结果表明:盾构隧道逐步开挖,其地表产生的横纵向沉降值均会逐渐增大,越靠近隧道中心产生的横向沉降值就会越大,纵向沉降在每个开挖步的交接点处变化最大。在隧道开挖过程中,地层沉降呈现出随深度增加而逐渐增大的趋势,尤其在盾构机临近时,其对周围土体扰动显著增强,导致该区域沉降幅度尤为明显。经现场监测对比,模型沉降值与监测结果总体差值不超过15%。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the variation law of ground settlement and settlement of different soil layers during shield tunneling in the water rich strata of Nanchang Metro Line 2, FLAC3D software was used to simulate the three-dimensional numerical simulation of Nanchang Metro Line 2 tunnel, and the horizontal and vertical settlement and displacement nephogram of the ground surface above the tunnel and the settlement law of different soil layers were obtained. The results show that: with the gradual excavation of shield tunnel, the transverse and longitudinal settlement values of the ground surface will gradually increase, and the closer to the center of the tunnel, the greater the transverse settlement value will be, and the longitudinal settlement changes the most at the junction of each excavation step. In the process of tunnel excavation, the ground settlement shows a trend of gradually increasing with the increase of depth, especially when the shield machine is near, its disturbance to the surrounding soil is significantly enhanced, leading to the settlement amplitude in this area is particularly obvious. Through field monitoring and comparison, the overall difference between the model settlement value and the monitoring results is not more than 15%.
