Abstract:To address the challenges of complex coal occurrence conditions in southern coal mines and the inefficiency of traditional modeling methods, this study aims to develop an auxiliary software based on the AutoCAD platform to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of constructing visualization models for coal occurrence. Through secondary development using VBA programming language, the software automates the generation of 3D roadways and rapid modeling of coal occurrence. A case study of the 2254 East Bottom Plate Lane in Jiahe Mining Company was conducted, with comparative analysis performed using SketchUp software. The results demonstrate that the auxiliary software reduces modeling time from 2 hours to 10 minutes, with an error margin within ±0.5 meters, significantly improving design efficiency and precision. The software is suitable for modeling coal occurrence under complex geological conditions, providing scientific support for coal resource development and safety production, and exhibits high engineering application value.
