    摘要:

    依托南昌地铁1号线东延线施工工程,针对盾构密封困难、易喷涌、开挖面失稳、建(构)筑物倾斜、地表与地下管线大变形等施工风险,开展富水砂土-泥岩复杂地层的盾构施工关键技术研究,明确各类风险的实时处理举措。研究表明:(1)端头采用“三轴搅拌桩+高压旋喷桩”方式进行地层加固,有效地保证了洞门破除后的岩土土体自稳能力,为盾构机的安全进出提供了可靠的地层条件;(2)特定比例的泡沫剂与膨润土进行渣土改良,有效改善了渣土的流塑性、稠度、降低摩阻力;(3)精准同步注浆手段减小了因盾构施工注浆材料固结导致的地表沉降,根据地层变形情况适时进行二次注浆,可进一步提高了注浆层的防水性和密实度,从而达到加强隧道衬砌的目的,为隧道的长期稳定性提供保障。

    Abstract:

    Relying on the construction project of the east extension line of Nanchang Metro Line 1, aiming at the construction risks such as difficult shield sealing, easy gushing, instability of the excavation face, inclination of buildings (structures), and large deformation of the ground surface and underground pipelines, the key technologies of shield construction in water-rich sand - mudstone complex strata are studied, and the real-time treatment measures for various risks are defined. The research shows that: (1) The "triaxial mixing pile + high-pressure rotary jet pile" method is used for stratum reinforcement at the end, which effectively guarantees the self-stability ability of the rock and soil after the tunnel portal is broken, and provides reliable stratum conditions for the safe entry and exit of the shield machine; (2) The slag is improved with a specific proportion of foaming agent and bentonite, which effectively improves the fluidity, consistency of the slag and reduces the frictional resistance; (3) The precise synchronous grouting method reduces the ground settlement caused by the consolidation of the grouting material during shield construction. According to the deformation of the stratum, the secondary grouting is carried out in a timely manner, which can further improve the waterproofing and compactness of the grouting layer, thereby achieving the purpose of strengthening the tunnel lining and providing guarantee for the long-term stability of the tunnel.
