    摘要:

    针对地下金属矿山及露天转地下矿山开采过程中存在的塌陷坑治理问题,以庙沟铁矿为工程背景,通过实验手段研究了散体粒径、料浆浓度、灰砂比影响下的上覆胶结充填层渗流特性。结果表明:对于相同充填料浆,散体颗粒粒径越大,料浆渗透速度越快,渗透深度越深,渗透范围影响亦越大;在散体性质一定的条件下,料浆浓度是影响料浆流动性和渗透性的主要因素之一,可采取间歇充填注浆的方式,以提高料浆浓度和减小充填料浆下渗深度;灰砂比较大时,充填层垮落后形成的块度较大,利于减少矿石贫化,推荐充填料浆灰砂比取值范围为1:12~1:16。研究结果可为类似条件矿山地表塌陷坑尾砂充填治理提供参数指导与借鉴。

    Abstract:

    In response to the problem of collapse pit treatment in underground metal mines and open-pit to underground mining processes, taking Miaogou Iron Mine as the engineering background, the permeability characteristics of overlying cemented filling layer under the influence of loose particle size, slurry concentration, and ash sand ratio were studied through experimental methods. The results showed that for the same filling slurry, the larger the particle size of the dispersed particles, the faster the slurry penetration rate, the deeper the penetration depth, and the greater the impact on the penetration range; Under certain conditions of loose material properties, the slurry concentration is one of the main factors affecting the fluidity and permeability of the slurry. Intermittent filling and grouting can be adopted to increase the slurry concentration and reduce the infiltration depth of the filling slurry; When the gray sand ratio is large, the block size formed by the collapse of the filling layer is relatively large, which is conducive to reducing ore impoverishment. It is recommended that the range of the gray sand ratio of the filling slurry be 1:12~1:16. The research results can provide parameter guidance and reference for the treatment of tailings filling in surface subsidence pits under similar conditions in mines.
