      为改善掘进隧道施工通风降温效果,建立某大断面掘进隧道通风降温数值模型,研究了隧道内施工区域通风流场分布,对比分析不同工况下隧道内温度场变化规律,并引入空调机组,对原有压入式通风方案进行优化改进。结果表明:隧道施工通风距离掌子面300m时,压入式通风对掘进工作面降温效果较好,能满足工作面的用风需求,风流沿程温升约2~3℃,隧道有效降温区域长度约为55m;在原有压入式通风方案下,机械设备处空气流速缓慢,存在局部高温区域,容易引起回风风流温升增大,不利于施工区域的通风散热;在隧道内压入式通风基础上,采用空调机组对进风处理后送出,隧道内温度明显降低,可以达到较好的降温效果。

      In order to improve the ventilation and cooling effect of excavation tunnel construction, a numerical model for ventilation and cooling of a large cross-section excavation tunnel was established. The distribution of ventilation flow field in the construction area of the tunnel was studied, and the temperature field changes in the tunnel under different working conditions were compared and analyzed. Air conditioning units were introduced to optimize and improve the original pressure ventilation scheme. The results show that when the ventilation distance during tunnel construction is 300m from the working face, the pressure ventilation has a good cooling effect on the excavation working face, which can meet the air demand of the working face. The temperature rise along the air flow is about 2~3℃, and the effective cooling area length of the tunnel is about 55m; Under the original pressure ventilation scheme, the air flow velocity at the mechanical equipment is slow, and there are local high-temperature areas, which can easily cause an increase in the temperature rise of the return air flow, which is not conducive to ventilation and heat dissipation in the construction area; On the basis of pressure ventilation in the tunnel, air conditioning units are used to treat the incoming air and send it out. The temperature inside the tunnel is significantly reduced, which can achieve a good cooling effect.
