      为保证工作面顺槽贯通采空区时不发生煤自燃与瓦斯爆炸共生灾害,以鹿洼煤矿6301工作面为例,分析了工作面轨道顺槽过采空区时煤自燃与瓦斯爆炸共生灾害危险性,提出了“裂隙封堵+瓦斯置换”的共生灾害防治技术。研究结果表明:6301工作面掘进过采空区期间,采空区内存在煤自燃与瓦斯爆炸共生灾害的隐患;采用“裂隙封堵+瓦斯置换”的共生灾害防治技术后,6301面轨道顺槽顺利通过4301(1)采空区,6301面轨道顺槽中瓦斯浓度基本为0,未发生瓦斯超限事故;向4301(1)采空区注入二氧化碳置换瓦斯后,采空区气体中的O2浓度小于5%、CO浓度小于24 ppm,达到了置换效果,为后续顺槽掘进和工作面回采提供了安全保障。

      In order to ensure that there is no co occurrence of coal spontaneous combustion and gas explosion in the goaf during the excavation of the working face, taking the 6301 working face of Luwa Coal Mine as an example, the risk of co occurrence of coal spontaneous combustion and gas explosion in the goaf during the excavation of the working face was analyzed through on-site conditions. A co occurrence disaster prevention and control technology of "crack sealing+gas replacement" was proposed. The research results indicate that during the excavation of the 6301 working face, there is a hidden danger of coal spontaneous combustion and gas explosion coexisting disasters in the goaf; After adopting the symbiotic disaster prevention and control technology of "crack sealing+gas replacement", the 6301 track trough smoothly passed through the 4301 (1) goaf, and the gas concentration in the 6301 track trough was basically 0, without any gas exceeding limit accidents; After injecting carbon dioxide into the goaf to replace gas, the O2 concentration in the goaf gas is less than 5%, and the CO concentration is less than 24ppm, achieving the replacement effect, providing safety assurance for subsequent mining and excavation of the working face.
