In order to explore the causes of coal mine blasting accidents and formulate corresponding prevention and control countermeasures, this paper takes the human, machine and environment in the process of blasting as a system to establish the Surry model of coal mine blasting accidents. Based on this model, the blasting accidents are divided into two stages : danger occurrence and danger release, and the causes of accidents in the process of blasting are explored. The results show that there are two main reasons for the occurrence of coal mine blasting accidents. First, in the stage of danger occurrence, the blasting personnel cannot perceive and recognize the danger source, or the behavioral response cannot eliminate and control the danger source. Second, in the dangerous release stage, the gunner cannot perceive and recognize the precursory characteristics of the blasting accident, or the measures taken cannot control the accident. Therefore, coal mining enterprises should strengthen the comprehensive monitoring and control of the blasting process, so as to find all kinds of dangerous sources in time and accurately. At the same time, regular safety education training and accident case analysis are carried out to ensure that employees can respond quickly and correctly when an accident occurs. |
