      对煤炭自燃指标气体问题展开了进一步的研究.经对比实验,分别找出当实验初始温度、程序升温速率、干空气流量、煤样粒度和煤样量等实验条件发生变化时,对煤自燃程序升温实验中气体产生规律造成的影响.并运用邓氏关联度分析法及斜率关联度分析法对实验数据进行定量分析,从CO的角度分析,初始温度的设定对CO气体产生规律的影响最大;从C2H4的角度分析,程序升温速率对C2H4产生规律的影响最大,煤样质量对其的影响次之.综合考虑,针对低温矿井煤矿的煤自燃程序升温实验,初始温度是影响气体产生规律的关键因素,煤样质量和程序升温速率次之.
英文摘要:
      This paper made a further research on the index gases of coal spontaneous combustion.It studied the impact of changes of the experimental conditions,such as the experimental initial temperature,temperature-programmed rate,dry air flow,coal sample size and the weight of coal sample,etc.to the rules of the gases generation.Furthermore,Deng’s relational analysis and the slope of the relational analysis are conducted on the quantitative analysis of experimental data.Judged from the view of CO,the initial temperature of the experiment was regarded to be the critical factor,while it was the temperature-programmed rate and the weight of coal sample to C2H4.With multilateral consideration,the initial temperature was regarded as the critical factor,the temperature-programmed rate and the weight of coal sample took the second place.
